EQUPMENT TECHNIQUE DIRECTION

1. Components and functions of the equipment

1-1 Extrusion section

Function:

The extrusion is specially designed for producing PE board. It features tough and  tensile  structure, stable performance, strong bearing(capacity)ability to simultaneous changes of extrusive volume, especially, it can fit for extrusion operation for a long time.

1-2 coat-hanger type extruding head

 Function:

(1). The extruding head is used to control  the volume of extruding PE board material, the width of lip is adjustable,  you can  adjust  preciously the thickness of extruded PE board.

(2).The specific flowing-channel and constant temperature

control section can guarantee constant temperature, constant

speed and stable extrusion.

1-3 Calendering section     

Function:

The material extruded with coat-hanger type extruding head, undergo two-high sheet mill pressing ,become plastic board whose surface is even and smooth.

1-4 Edge trimmer and winder           

Function:

Definating  size and trimming  a  wider  edge; winding qualified PE board which is trimmed according to designed size in the light of specification.

1-5 Aluminum sheet unwinding          

Function:

The mechanism with constant tension  control  system  and EPC guarantee stably and levelly conveying  Aluminum  board and PE board to compound and controlling Aluminum board not to deviate under the designed tension condition.

1-6 Hot-melt film un-winder           

Function:

The mechanism installs macromolecular film un-winder, which can compound at the same  time  macromolecular adhesion agent at the  upper and lower sides of plastic board. Cooperating of tension control and adjustable extender roller, which guarantee the needed expanding angle and tension.

1-7 Aluminum board preheat section

Function:

The mechanism evenly pull Aluminum board into Aluminum plastic multi-layer board compounding section to compound at designed temperature.

1-8 Hot-press compounding section                    

Function:

The mechanism employs two- sets of hot-pressing compounding system. First, Heating Aluminum board with heating roller  to  designed  temperature  and  hot-pressing preciously informing Aluminum plastic board to predetermined thickness, then adjusting smoothness of board surface and strengthen the compounding adherence; Last cooling and forming board undergo this series  of  processing, it can get high-intensity and good smoothness Aluminum plastic multi-layer board.

1-9 The first conveyer platform.

Function:

Conveying compounded Aluminum plastic board to cooling and pulling section at certain speed.

1-10 The first cooling section

Function:

First, cooling compounded Aluminum plastic multi-layer board at  designed temperature and then forming board up to smoothness.

1-11 The first pulling section                              

Function:

It's function is to pull compounded Aluminum plastic  multi-layer board at certain  speed and guarantee the  thickness of board.

1-12 The second cooling

Function: cooling compounded Aluminum plastic multi-layer board with fans.

1-13 The second conveyer platform

Function:

Convey the cooled, formed and pulled Aluminum-plastic multi-layer board to the second  pulling  section for reforming.

1-14 The second pulling section                               

Function:

It's function is to pull again the cooled and formed Aluminum plastic multi-layer board for confirming the smoothness of board.

1-15 Protective film unwinding section.        

Function:

It's function is to expand one-sided protective film and form a certain angle with adjustable extender  roller

1-16 Automatic longitudinal trimmer                     

Function:

It's function is to convey Aluminum plastic multi-layer board which is  trimmed by  longitudinal trimmer for  longitudinal definating  size and  trimming. have  finished  trimming  edge, which can get qualified Aluminum plastic board.

1-17 Automation crosscut trimmer                       

Function:

When the Aluminum plastic multi-layer board has been cooled and formed, the equipment is to trim the board into designed cross-size.

1-18 The third conveyer platform

Function:

It's function is to support the Aluminum plastic multi-layer board which has been trimmed  by cross-trimmer and to act as turnover platform.

1-19 Storage platform.                            

Function:

It's function is to leave orderly the trimmed and qualified Aluminum-plastic multi-layer board with platform.

1-20 Automatic stacking unit
